Cuscini di sollevamento

High-pressure lifting bag

Solutions for lifting, opening, securing and pushing

High-pressure lifting cushions from Nuova Tecnica are air devices designed for lifting the heaviest loads, perfect in all cases where conventional methods cannot be used. They are used, for example, when lifting rigid concrete or steel structures, buildings or vehicles.

Thanks to their low height, load lifting cushions can be slipped under even very narrow cracks. They are then actuated, exerting pressure by means of special accessories such as pipes, cylinders or pumps. This makes it possible to handle objects weighing between 1 and 64 tonnes, even when space is extremely tight.

Lifting cushions can be used for lifting, but also for pushing and securing. Thanks to these characteristics, they are used especially in the following sectors: transport, industry, railways, civil defence, road rescue, construction, machine tool assembly, plant engineering.

They can also be combined for handling or lifting extremely heavy loads. Contact us and we will advise you on the best solution Excellent stability built with non-slip material PP The special surface design ensures excellent stability and prevents slipping even when several cushions are used at the same time (up to two cushions maximum can be stacked in the case of standard cushions and up to three cushions maximum in the case of flat cushions).

The fields of application for cushions can be many: railways, installation and dismantling of machine tools, mining, large construction sites, road rescue, etc.

Cushions are also a solution when conventional lifting methods cannot be applied. The cushions work at a maximum pressure of 8 bar.
